When we allow dental issues to go untreated, they can cause significant discomfort and pain. That’s why we offer extended evening and Saturday office hours – to see you for your dental emergency as soon as possible. Often, within only an hour of your phone call.

If you’re here on holiday, are a new patient, or are one of our patients of record, call with your dental emergency during office hours and  we will strive to see you on the same day as you call, in most cases within an hour.  If we can’t see you here at Richmond Dental on a specific day, we’ll triage you to one of our sister locations.

If you’re a patient of record and have an emergency after office hours, leave a message on our emergency hotline. You should receive a return call from the dentist, usually within 30 minutes.
